Live in the presentt. Past is past. it has gone back never to return. Future is hidden in the womb of mother earth.. It will show its face only at the stipulated time. I firmly believe in the present. Even if our past was a golden period of our life, we must not ruminate about it. Every thing changes. Every one makes mistakes, which are not permanent. Good and bad are two sides of the same coin. Good or bad is not under our control.A clock which has stopped working also shows correct time twice in a day. A literal meaning of the word present is 'a gift'. I take it as gift and do my best. In the life of everybody good and bad times come. If you had a prosperous past, don't live in the glory of the past. Work and think of the present; don't be haunted by the your past. Simlarly do not dream of the future. Present is here. Enjoy the present. Don't spoil your present by dreaming of future.Let us keep in mind the famous words of the poet H.W.Longfellow
Lives of great men all remind us
We can make our lives sublime,
And departing, leave behind us
Footprints on the sands of time;''
